I Don't Know How You Do It!

I must hear this at least once a week, "I don't know how you do it with four kids!". Now, if you are one of the ones who have said this, please don't feel bad...I don't think ill of you in the least. But the fact is, I don't know how I do it either!! Well, actually, I do...sort of. It has to do with two great guys in my life: God and Paul. My faith has helped me through a lot of tough times in the past few years. I know that no matter what, God is with me and will help me through my problems, big and small. Paul is my other "right hand man". I'm really a very spoiled girl...not only does Paul watch the kids so I can take a shower in the morning (oh the luxury!), but he also vacuums! He takes the kids to the park on Saturdays so that I can have a break and also does the grocery shopping so I don't have to lug four kids to the Safeway every week. But I also have some pretty awesome kids that make things a lot easier as well. Sarah is such a girly girl...I can't wait to do some girl time with her as she gets older. Michael is such a sweet little boy who thinks his Mommy walks on water. Jakob is always ready with a big hug and is already such a help around the house and well...Julia is a little angel baby with adorable cheeks and gummy smiles. Yes, there are days when I'm ready to lose my mind...but I have been so blessed with an amazing husband (as well as some awesome friends!) that it all balances out!
